• Conceived and established the unique concept of Tele-medicine Center at the Tamil nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in collaboration with Medical Center of Boston International Inc. (MCBI), USA and solely responsible for the donation of equipments to the University by the MCBI worth about US$150,000.
• Created and organized one week free short-term course on Computer Training Program for Health Care Providers for Doctors and Librarians of Govt. Medical Colleges in Tamilnadu in 25 batches with 25 members in each batch.
• Created new Departments in the University like Department of Curriculum Development, Department of Genetics, Department of Immunology & Hospital Administration.
